Our Park's Guidelines

Guidelines

• Check-In is at 1 PM. If your estimated arrival is after office hours, please call before 5pm in order to receive after hours instructions.
• Check-Out is at 11 AM.
• SPEED LIMIT IS 5 MPH.
• QUIET HOURS ARE FROM 10 PM to 8 AM.
• All RV and RV sites must be kept neat and orderly at all times.
• No buildings, storage sheds, freezers, clothes lines, tarps, tents, a/c window units, etc. are not permitted on RV sites.
• ​Garbage pick-up: Monday through Saturday at 11 AM. Please place your securely closed bagged garbage at the road on your graveled site.
• No RV rugs, mats, etc. are permitted on the grass. Grills & lawn furniture are allowed on grass during use, not in use must be stored on gravel or patio.
• Fire pits are permitted only if the fire is up off the ground, located in a self-contained unit, not placed on the grass & supervised by an adult.
• No vehicles in disrepair on GSP RV Park’s grounds.
• All vehicle(s) must be parked in your designated RV site only, absolutely NO parking is permitted on grass or empty RV sites.
• No work or utility trailers allowed on grounds without prior approval. If approved, there is an additional fee of $50.00 per month.
• No ATVs, UTVs, or dirt bikes of any kind are to be operated inside the park.
• Golf carts are allowed but must be operated by licensed drivers. 
• A sewer donut (threaded connection) MUST be used on all sewage hoses. When not connected to sewage, please close sewage receptacle with cap. This is a health ordinance.
• Please DO NOT flush or put sanitary products, diapers, baby or adult wipes, paper towels, grease, food etc. in park's septic system.
• We welcome pets! Certain breeds of dogs are not permitted on GSP RV Park’s grounds due to insurance reasons.
• All PETS must be on a leash and owners MUST PICK UP after their pets immediately.
• All pets must be current & update on Vaccines & free of parasites & contagious diseases.
• Pets must be spayed or neutered to enter dog park.
• No unattended pets allowed on property outside of RV or dog park without supervisor. Owners must be present with pet while in dog park.
• Small folding pet fences are allowed to be set up on grass within your RV site. During grass cutting seasons you will be responsible of lawncare within your pet fence. 
• All guests are responsible for the behavior & control of themselves, their children, visiting guest & pets.
• Any violation of County or State law while on GSP RV Park’s property will result in an immediate ejection.
• Please be respectful of others and their RV site, especially while walking your pets.

Cancellations & Refunds

• All cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to arrival date are charged a fee equivalent to a one-night stay including the Accommodation Taxes.
• Monthly cancellations made at least 8 days prior to arrival date, will receive a full refund minus $25 processing fee. 
• ​Monthly cancellation made 7 days or less than prior to arrival date will receive No Refund.
• NO REFUNDS after check-in.

We apologize but do not have bath or laundry facilities available on grounds!
