Reservation Rates

All Sites Have Full Hook-Ups ~ (Electric, Water, Sewage & Free Wi-Fi)

Nightly Rates ~ $58 per night

Weekly Rates ~ $348 per week (Stay 7 nights & receive the 7th night free)

• All reservations rates are based on 1 RV, 4 guest, 3 pets & 2 automobiles per RV site, beyond this extra fee may be applied.
• Accommodation taxes are added on nightly & weekly reservations.
• Daily & Weekly rates includes free electric, water, sewage, & Wi-Fi.
• We require your first night's rate to secure a reservation. 
• All reservations must be paid in full upon arrival. 
• No certain site is guaranteed.

Extended Stay Rates ~ $555 and $665 per month plus the cost of electric usage 

• Extended Stay​ rates include free water, sewer, & Free Wi-Fi.
• No Accommodation Taxes added to Extended Stays.​
• Monthly stays require completion of application, background check & security deposit of $100 before reservation can be guaranteed. This deposit will be credited at arrival.
• There is a $100 - $150 electrical deposit required upon arrival. This deposit will be credited to your last month's electric bill upon departure. 
• Monthly rates are based on 1 RV, 2 people, 2 pets and 2 automobiles per RV site, beyond this extra fee may be applied.
• Extra fee of $100 per extra person, 3 years and older per month. 
• Monthly reservations are based on 3 months stay. Reservations may be extended with approval by management. 

      ALL RESERVATIONS MORE THAN 14 DAYS MUST CALL THE PARK'S OFFICE

Cancellations & Refunds

• Daily & weekly cancellations are charged a $10 processing fee.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to arrival date are charged a fee equivalent to a one-night stay.
• Monthly cancellations made at least 8 days prior to arrival date, will receive a full refund minus $25 processing fee. 
• ​Monthly cancellations made less than 7 days prior to arrival date will receive No Refund.
• NO REFUNDS after check-in.
