*GSP RV Park has monthly and extended stay sites only but we offer daily and weekly sites at our nearby park. Check out Beckon Ridge RV Park for more info. 

Monthly and Extended Stay ~ $675 plus electric usage (metered and billed). 

• Accommodations tax is applied for the first 3 months.
• Monthly stays require completion of application and background check.
• RV's over 10 yrs old need photo approval.
• A $100 deposit is due when we book your site, it will be applied to your last month's electric bill at the time of your departure. 
• Monthly rates are based on 1 RV, 2 adults, and 2 vehicles per site, 
• $50 each extra guest over 18. 
• $50 each extra vehicle.

EXTENDED STAY APPLICATION

Cancellations & Refunds

• ​Monthly cancellations under 8 days before arrival are non-refundable.
• Monthly cancellations over 8 days before arrival will be charged a $25 fee. 
• NO REFUNDS after check-in.

WE DO NOT HAVE A BATH HOUSE OR LAUNDRY FACILITIES
